Q - How do I get a plumbing quote?
A - No two jobs are exactly the same, and without looking at a job to see if there are any unforeseen potential inconveniences, we can’t give exact pricing over the phone. This is why most trades don’t have a set price list, and we are no different. To get a quote, please contact us via whichever avenue you are most comfortable with, either by phone, email or filling out a webform found on this website.

Q - The plumbing job I need seems complicated and I don’t see the service listed anywhere on your website. Can it be done?
A - Don’t worry! We are professionals with a huge amount of experience. Because plumbing is such a vast field with so many variables, we may have missed a few services. We did our best to list the more commonly requested services. If the job needs a plumber, we can do it.

Q - Are all of your plumbers licensed?
A - Of course, every single plumber we send out is fully qualified, licensed and insured.
 

Q - I want more information about you, where can I find more info?
A - If the general info you seek is not on our home page or this contact page, there’s a chance you might find it on the About Us page.
 

Q - I work a lot and my schedule means I don’t have time Monday to Friday, do you work weekends?
A - While we have listed our hours as being 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, we are often working weekends and usually have a plumber on call after hours. So just contact us and we should be able to sort something out for you. The reason we list our hours as such is because we don’t want to promise after hours or weekend availability because sometimes we are just too busy! 
 

While we are popular and sometimes fully booked for a few days, we can usually find you a plumber that is available and local to you.
